I Need to Breathe release March 2, 2021

I Need to Breathe. The first song on this album titled, Broken Down. This was the very first song I wrote returning from Fallujah, Iraq. A few weeks after returning home my friend Tiffany Conley an I wrote this in front of a little coffee house in Chula Vista, CA. I was struggling with anxiety, depression, shame, survivors guilt, and rage. It was just very hard to stop and take a breath.
