I wrote this song about 6 years ago. This song was written for Gold Star Mothers (mothers whom have lost there children to combat). My hope for this song is to give peace and closure to those who have lost anyone. It is dedicated to all mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, cousins, nephews, nieces, etc… that have lost someone. A burden not easy for anyone to bare. And if you’re not a mother, and you’re a family member that has lost someone you care about. Just think about replacing the word Mom to personalize this song for your loss.
