Anthony Nicoli currently drives sales and marketing for Wild West Snacks. He helped Carl DeSalvo form Wild West Snacks in 2005. Together, they have made healthy snacks available through a broad variety of venues. He has led efforts to test market The Jerky Guy in the states of WA, OR and CA. He opened both the OR and southern CA branches of the company and is responsible for promotion, distributor development and public relations.
Prior to this role, Mr. Nicoli contributed to Mentor Graphics as the Marketing Director for the Calibre physical verification, parasitic extraction and DFM product lines. In this role, he led a global marketing organization. He joined Mentor Graphics in 1999, and drove the Calibre product line to market leadership, growing revenue from $20M to $250M annually. His team set the development agenda for Calibre’s future versions, and crafted solutions to the physical verification and DFM challenges of 45nm and 32nm technology.
Prior to joining Mentor Graphics, Mr. Nicoli spent 16 years in the defense industry. There, he led projects to develop advanced electronic warfare systems incorporating full-custom integrated circuits manufactured using the fabless business model.
He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he received his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering.
He also holds an MBA from Northeastern University

Carl started Wild West Snacks in 2005, to promote truly good tasting Beef Jerky, and develop a health food snack company.
Carl has developed a successful internet business, a distribution network, secured a long term mutually exclusive five State business contract with a Pepsi distributor, support our Troops with donations and currently bringing the first Jerky marketed to parents and children which is certified by the USDA as being Organic and meets school nutritional requirements.
Finally, this is a healthy snack to replace the junk food which has been removed from our schools.
After University he moved to California where he gained 25 years of high tech experience in the Semiconductor Industry. Carl is also the President & CEO of EDATechForce, an Electronic Design Automation Sales and Technical Support representation company.
Carl also has vast multi-cultural experience, having lived and worked in Europe for over three years.
He is a graduate of the University of Illinois, at Urbana-Champaign where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Mark Hogan
CEO, Government Sales Force (Washington, D.C.)
Mr. Hogan comes to GSF with over 28 years of specific, relevant, successful sales experience to the Federal Government. He was personally responsible for building successful Federal Government Divisions for Oracle and BEA Systems.
As VP and General Manager of BEA Government Systems, Mr. Hogan grew revenue from less than $2 million to over $150 million in less than three years.
Prior to BEA, he was VP of World Wide Government Sales for one of the largest Internet streaming media firms as well as VP of World Wide Sales and General Manager of the largest electronic records management company selling to governments around the world.
In the mid-80’s, Mark was instrumental in starting Oracle’s Federal practice.
A recognized expert in selling to the government, he is a frequent speaker on the subject and has guest lectured at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland as well as Harvard Business School on Selling to the Department of Homeland Security.
Mr. Hogan holds a BS in Business Management from George Mason University.

RALPH P. MANFREDO Knights of Columbus
Ralph is a 4th Degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus. He is also the District Deputy for California District 27 where he guides and helps Knights of Columbus Councils in his District. In this position, he represents the Knights of Columbus Supreme Knight Carl Anderson and the State Deputy Vincente Pacis as they relate to the operation of the Councils in his District. This is a key position in the Knights of Columbus hierarchy and is appointed by the Supreme Knight at the request of the State Deputy.
He has held this position annually for the last three years. He is also the Chapter Vice President of the San Jose, CA Chapter. Two years ago he served as the Chairman of the California Knights of Columbus Annual Convention Golf Tournament held in San Jose.
In addition Ralph is currently Northern California Committeeman Round Table and New Counsel Development. This position helps promote Knights of Columbus Councils select Parishes in Northern California that do not have a Knights of Columbus council in their parish so that the Knights of Columbus can provide support and help at those parishes.
Ralph has also held the position of Council Grand Knight for three terms and Assembly Past Faithfull Navigator in the Fourth Degree.
